Only 13 troops have died -- really?

It’s daunting to sift through the lies pouring out of Washington DC these days because there are just so many of them. One that I keep looking for fact checkers to contest is the number of U.S. troops who have died since the renewed assault on Iran started on February 28. The liar in chief put it at 13, which on the face of so many strikes on our military bases in the region is ridiculous.
Iran’s Press TV took on many of the claims in the April Fool’s address to the nation including “US military has nearly completed its goals in the Iran war” and “regime change has already occurred in Iran.” But it didn’t touch the 13 fatalities. Maybe because the U.S. is being so secretive due to the war being tremendously unpopular that it’s nearly impossible to get at an accurate estimate.

The military hospitals in Germany are full, we have many more casualties from the war in the Gulf/Iran/Israel.
How best can we understand news that the entire U.S. naval presence in Bahrain was evacuated due to multiple drone and missile strikes pummeling it.
With reports that Iran shot down an F-15 Strike Eagle and that the pilot and weapons officer ejected, military analyst Scott Ritter offered this analysis of the slim chance of rescuing both. Some online mocked another grandiose claim with some breaking news that appears to refute, “We’re flying wherever we want. Nobody is even shooting at us.”
And Iran did not miss the opportunity to troll 47 by tweeting:
Twitter has now suspended the account of IRGC Aerospace Force Commander General Seyyed Majid Moosavi for bringing a little too much truth. Meanwhile, corporate news is useless because:
This morning I’ve seen many reports is that the U.S. is begging (through 3rd party mediators) for a “ceasefire.” I’ve lost track of how many times 47 has claimed to be in talks with Iran only to have Iranian officials deny it.
I put “ceasefire” in quotes because that diplomatic feint from the Zionist camp has been shown repeatedly to be the biggest lie of all.
No matter how impossible the task may seem, it's worth trying!
I don't believe in sugarcoating things. It's true, things don't look good. But I don't believe our fate is predetermined.
We must resolutely resist the tyranny of the ruling class—aka the Epstein class.
They rely on us either ignoring the terrifying reality we live in or succumbing to resignation.
We desperately need a major awakening!
People must overcome their fear of the truth.
The situation is incredibly serious, and it will likely get much worse in the coming months.
If we do nothing, our children, if they even exist anymore, will have no way to defend themselves against these inhuman tyrants.
Doing nothing would be both immoral and foolish.
No matter how impossible the task may seem, it's worth trying.
One indication that the situation isn't hopeless is that the ruling class is still trying to indoctrinate us, distract us, lie to us, and incite us against each other.
They wouldn't need to do this if they already had us completely under their control, and it shows that they fear a revolution of humanity.
But we can't afford to waste any more time.
