Do you have any advice on local elections here in Maine? There is, I find, too much focus on presidential elections or I what I call the position of Pharaoh. As things stand today given biased media coverage and donor class influence, it is extremely difficult to influence the election of the next Pharaoh. I’ve had a look at other elections in Maine including local elections up to the U.S. Senate race. Sadly you are not a candidate this year. In too many contests the choice is limited to just two candidates from the two major parties. We need to change this status quo. Progress realistically can only come from organizing locally and then building into a strong, national coalition. Change will never come from voting for the lesser of two evils.
