Recall that the website form letters you submit to congressmen have 20 or so topics to choose from and I suspect that a computer program simply prepares and spits out a response letter based on the topic you choose. It's totally automated (to save time for meeting with their favorite donor). No one reads your input and, obviously, no one gives shit.
